Mitsubishi Programmable Logic Controls

	FX Series The F Series is Mitsubishi's "shoebox" style or self-contained PLC family. It consists of several model families that include CPU, Power Supply and I/O in one package with I/O capabilities from 10 to 256 I/O. There are a wide variety of expansion I/O available including digital, analog, temperature, positioning and communications. Available communications options include open networks such as DeviceNet, Profibus and AS-I and several Mitsubishi engineered networks such as CC-Link and Remote I/O. 	Q Series The Q series is Mitsubishi's newest high performance CPUs for the A series rack family of I/O cards and backplanes. 	Alpha Series The Alpha is a new class of micro-controller, not a PLC. It is designed to address simple control applications at the low end of the industrial and commercial control markets. It is available as a self-contained unit with three different sizes: 6,10 and 20 I/O. The Alpha programs with a icon-base graphical function block language either through the built-in LCD screen or through the VLS Windows software.
