iQ Platform

The iQ Platform is a one-of-a-kind modular Programmable Automation Controller (PAC) that unifies all of the Mitsubishi Electric automation disciplines. The iQ Platform is the only PAC capable of integrating individual Sequence, Motion, CNC, and Robot control onto a single back-plane rack. Individual control means that specialist CPUs are designated to each control discipline, not a single CPU bogged down by all motion, networking, and I/O handling.

A700

The A700 covers a wide range of sizes from 1/2 to 1400 hp and voltages that include 230,480,575 VAC. The A700 can be operated as a V/F drive for simple applications, a sensorless Vector drive for more starting torque and with encoder feedback for the ultimate in Vector performance. The A700 has three option slots that can accommodate a variety of option cards such as encoder feedback, 120 VAC inputs, relay outputs, isolated analog I/O and a variety of communication cards which include DeviceNet, ControlNet,Profibus,Ethernet I/P, Modbus Plus and others.

F700

The F700 is the first member of Mitsubishi's next generation 700 series family. The F700 is specifically designed as a fan and pump VFD and is optimized for high efficiency, energy savings and reliability.

E700

The E700 Series is the latest generation of Mitsubishi Electric’s Micro Sized Variable Frequency Drives.  Advanced features and functions such as a USB port for commissioning and monitoring, embedded M-dial and display, increased low speed performance and the ability to install one of the many 700 Series option cards allows the E700 to be used in the most demanding applications.  With a standard 5 year warranty, quality and reliability is essentially guaranteed.  The E700 Series promises to continue Mitsubishi’s long history of providing the best micro drive in the industry.

D700

The D700 was created to set new standards in the field of ultra compact drives. Improved functions and features such as simplified spring clamp cabling, integrated Digital LED Dial display, improved performance in the low-speed range, and an integrated emergency stop function makes the D700 a user friendly choice in both simple and more sophisticated applications.

AS7000 MV VFD

The AS7000 is our new MV VFD. It be configured for input voltages from 2.3 kV to 11 kV and has a power range from 250 hp to 6000 hp. It has an integral 30 pulse isolation transformer which minimizes harmonic generation and guarantees IEEE-519 conformity. The output consists of a multi-stage LV power cells which produce an extremely motor friendly waveform requiring no output filtering. As well the multiple power cell design provides for easy maintenance - a power cell can be replaced in 30 minutes or less with no special tools.

Dura-Bilt5i

The Dura-Bilt5i MV’s compartmentalized design streamlines installation, commissioning, and maintenance of medium voltage drives in pumps, aerators and other critical water treatment processes. With a Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) exceeding 16 years, the Dura-Bilt5i MV is engineered to deliver rock solid performance in virtually any application.

TM30

The TM-30 is a medium power level, 1,250 Vac drive. Three converter types are available, a diode non-regenerative type, a thyristor regenerative type, and an IGBT regenerative type.

The inverters are IGBT-based with heat pipe cooling and exhaust cooling fans. The three power bridges are modular on heavy duty slides that reduce the time for maintenance.

The output frequency is variable from 0 to 120 Hz, and power levels up to 4,000 kVA are available.

TM10

TMEICs' TM-10 family of low-voltage system drives has been designed to lower your cost of ownership with numerous space-saving and maintenance features. The family has several classes of components:

FX3

The FX3U is the original dual system-bus, high-speed, fully expandable compact PLC designed to seamlessly control communication, networking, analog, and positioning systems. With a maximum of 384 controllable local and networked I/O via CC-Link/AS-i, the FX3U uses its power and flexibility to provide a solution for a variety of applications.

FX1N

The FX1N is an expandable micro-modular PLC. It consists of a self-contained base unit including CPU, Power Supply and Digital I/O which ranges from 14 to 60 I/O. The base units are available in a variety of I/O configurations which include DC inputs, transistor outputs, relay outputs and either 85-264 VAC or 24 VDC power supply. Although very compact it has a surprising number of high performance features including: high speed counters, pulse output, 32 bit math, Autotuning PID, Real Time Clock and 2 axis motion control. It has a maximum program memory of 8000 steps.

FX1S

The FX1S series is the smallest member of Mitsubishi's PLC family. It is a self-contained unit with I/O ranges from 10 to 30. It is available in a variety of I/O configurations which include DC inputs, transistor outputs, relay outputs and either 85-264 VAC or 24 VDC power supply. The FX1S is NOT expandable - it is designed as a cost effective stand-alone PLC. Although small it has a surprising number of high performance features including: high speed counters, pulse output, 32 bit math, Autotuning PID, Real Time Clock, 2 axis motion control and simple RS-485 networking. It has a maximum program memory of 2000 steps.

E1000 Series

 

The E series of HMI terminals is a diverse family of 10 different displays ranging from a 20 character double line text display to a 10.4" diagonal, 256 colour, full touch-screen graphics display. Applications for the E series range from the simplest machine interface to a touchscreen capable of monitoring an entire manufacturing facility. All but the smallest of the displays have extensive networking capabilities including direct PLC connection, Mitsubishi engineered networks and RS-232/485. 

 

J3S Series

The J3 is Mitsubishi's newest high performance Servo Amp system.

The MR-J3 has raised the bar for servo speed and performance. With a capacity range of 50W to 55kW, we reduced the size of both the amplifier and motor, added a high resolution encoder and advanced auto-tuning and vibration control. The J3's high torque motor can operate at up to 6000 rpm, and with a speed frequency response of 900 Hz. The J3 is Mitsubishi's newest high performance Servo Amp system.

MS-N/MS-K Series

Mitsubishi offers a complete line of CSA approved general purpose contactors and starters up to 600 hp at 600 VAC. This family also includes a complete line of thermal overload relays and electronic overload relays, DC contactors and medium voltage vacuum contactors.

MX2 Digital Soft-Start

The RB Series Solid State Starter combines our high performance MX2/3 control with the rugged,compact, integral patented bypass RB Series power section. The RB Series Control provides the user with a powerful group of programming parameters designed for flexibility in the industrial market. It also provides simple setup and commissioning through the Quick Start Menu. The RB power section is a rugged, heavy duty solid state starter section designed with integral bypass contactors for a compact and an efficient profile. The modular design includes separate poles for each phase for ease of maintenance.

MX3 Medium Voltage Solid State Soft-Start

The MV-MX3 series is a fully integrated, programmable family of class E2 load break/combination solid state starters. This integrated design includes control and power electronics, bypass and isolation contactors that reduce maintenance and operating costs compared to other methods
